Step 4: Order Confirmation The order is officially established. Customers must arrange to pay the deposit before pre-production sample production. Step 5: Pre-Production Sample Confirmation According to the product form and category, we will provide pre-production samples for clients, and make sure that clients confirm them. After confirmation, that will be used as the standard of mass production. During the initial product inquiry, BEAUNION will provide free samples for customer evaluation. If a further sample or sample adjustment is required, we will provide quotations and charge a sample fee according to the type of product sample required by customers. One of them is a finished product processing and filling factory located in Taichung City, Taiwan, focusing on serving the OEM of color cosmetics and skin care products; The other two are extruded plastic pen tubes, located in Taichung City, Taiwan and Meixian County, Guangdong respectively. They specialize in extruding pen tubes and have professional mold developers to develop cosmetic containers and serve cosmetic packaging material OEM business.

During the initial product inquiry, BEAUNION can provide free preliminary samples for you to test. If you need further proofing and sample modification, we will provide quotations and charge sample costs according to the type of product sample preparation you need. The sample preparation time is usually about 2 to 3 working days. The sales staff will also confirm the sample preparation time after receiving the sample fee and report it to you actively. The available sample size can be based on different categories such as: ◆ Cosmetics: 3～5pcs of finished products; 30～50g of cosmetic materials ◆ Skin care products: maintenance trial products 2～3pcs; skin care products inner materials 30～50g ◆ Cosmetic container: 1～3pcs

Can you provide bottle containers for Beaunion to fill?

If you want to use customer-supplied packaging materials, you need to confirm the quality of the packaging materials and the stability of the formula. If customer-supplied packaging materials need to be inspected after delivery to Beaunion, a packaging material inspection fee will be charged accordingly.
